Refund Policy

1. Eligible refund requests

You may request a refund within 14 days after purchase when at least one of the following applies:

• the same license was purchased more than once by mistake;
• a valid License Key was not issued after payment;
• a technical defect attributable to ArkC3D prevents CSV Export from being used and the problem cannot be reasonably resolved; or
• a refund is required by applicable law.

2. Requests that are generally not refundable

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, a change of mind is not by itself a basis for a refund. A refund is also generally not available because ArkC3D does not include a feature, workflow, format, compatibility guarantee, support level, or future update that was not described as part of the purchased CSV Export feature.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] within the 14-day period. Include enough order information to identify the purchase, such as the purchase email address and order number. Do not send C3D files or other research data unless specifically requested for troubleshooting and you are authorized to provide them.

4. Processing

Refunds approved by GipnoArkSystems are full refunds of the CSV Export purchase price. Partial refunds are not offered by GipnoArkSystems except where required by applicable law or handled independently by the Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Settlement timing and the payment method used for the refund are subject to Lemon Squeezy and the relevant payment provider.

5. Effect of a refund or chargeback

A refunded or charged-back purchase no longer grants a right to use CSV Export. The associated License Key may be disabled and subsequent online verification may be rejected.

6. Other rights

This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Use of CSV Export is also subject to the ArkC3D Terms of Use.
